PSG grant Mbappe permission to speak to Al Hilal after world-record bid

Kylian Mbappe has been granted permission to hold talks with Al Hilal following the Saudi club’s staggering world-record bid of £259 million.

PSG  have made it clear that they are open to selling Mbappe and have excluded him from their pre-season tour of Japan and South Korea.

Al Hilal’s bid is not the only one received by PSG. Several clubs, including Chelsea, Manchester United, Inter Milan, and Barcelona, have expressed interest in signing the France captain.

While PSG is willing to consider all offers to sell Mbappe, their preference is to sell him to the highest bidder. However, other clubs might find it challenging to match the extraordinary offer made by Al Hilal.

Mbappe currently has one year left on his contract, and despite PSG’s efforts to negotiate a new deal, he seems unwilling to sign an extension. PSG are  suspecting that he has already committed to joining Real Madrid for free the following summer.

Real Madrid, keen on securing the talented forward, may now be inclined to present a formal bid to ensure they do not miss out on him again. PSG is determined not to lose Mbappe for nothing, after acquiring him from Monaco for £150 million.

In a surprising twist, PSG has even alerted other interested clubs to the possibility of loaning out Mbappe for the upcoming season.

However, it appears that Mbappe is firm in his decision to stay on the sidelines for the next season and then join Real Madrid as a free agent next summer

At 24 years old, Mbappe’s future remains uncertain, and the football world eagerly awaits the outcome of the negotiations and potential transfers involving one of the sport’s brightest talents.
