NGAboxoffice on Twitter has revealed the Nigerian box office figures for the top six Hollywood and Nollywood films in the country over the first full weekend in October (6th-8th October). The Expend4bles debuted at number one, grossing $11.2 million over the weekend for a total of $74.8 million, while The Creator, directed by Gareth Edwards, debuted at number two with a $9.9 million weekend gross.

1. Expend4bles: The fourth film in the expendables franchise grossed ₦11.2M over the weekend . This represents a -21% drop from last weekend. The film has grossed a total of ₦74.8M
2. The Creator: This grossed ₦9.9M over the weekend which represents a -29% drop from last weekend. The film has grossed a total of ₦33.3M.
3. Something Like Gold: This grossed ₦9M over the weekend which represents a drop of -19% from last weekend. The film has grossed a total of ₦28M.
4. A Weekend To Forget: This film grossed ₦5.7M over the weekend which represents a -4% drop from last weekend. The film has grossed a total of ₦34.2M.
5. The Exorcist debuted in the 5th spot on the Nigerian box office with a opening weekend gross of ₦5.1M.
6. The Equalizer 3: Denzel Washington’s Equalizer 3 film grossed ₦3.5M over the weekend which represents a -46% drop from last weekend. The film has grossed a total of ₦130M during it’s run in the Nigerian Box Office.
