Prime Video has released a new poster and trailer for Season 2 of its hit superhero show, Invincible. The trailer debuted at New York Comic Con 2023. And gives fans a new look at the upcoming season ahead of its premiere on November 3, 2023.
The trailer picks up after the devastating events in the season 1 finale. In it, Mark/Invincible is in the midst of an identity crisis as he worries that he’ll become as dangerous as his father. Nevertheless, he continues to train as a superhero while trying to balance his personal relationships. The trailer also teases several new villains who seek to exploit the power vacuum left by Omni-Man’s departure.

Prime Video also released a new poster that shows Mark/Invincible kneeling in front of a pool of blood. What’s interesting, however, is that his reflection is his father’s image. This imagery indicates that Mark’s main struggle in the second season is his fear of slowly turning into the evil person his father turned out to be.

An adaptation of the groundbreaking comic book by Robert Kirkman, Ryan Ottley, and Cory Walker. Invincible follows Mark Grayson, who aims to be a superhero like his father, Omni-Man. However, he soon discovers that his father, Nolan Grayson/Omni-Man, is an undercover agent of the Viltrum Empire. Who is preparing Earth for a potential alien invasion, and Mark is the only one who can prevent the Viltrumites from conquering Earth.
Further, the voice cast of Invincible includes Academy Award winner J.K. Simmons and Academy Award nominee Steven Yeun. As well as Sandra Oh, Jason Mantzoukas,Zazie Beetz, Mark Hamill, Gillian Jacobs, Zachary Quinto, and Walton Goggins.
Invincible Season 2 premieres on Prime Video on November 3.
