Abdoulaye Seck propelled the Teranga Lions ahead with a header from a free-kick, and Iliman Ndiaye sealed victory with a superb low finish in the final minute.
Before kick-off, Guinea already knew they would advance and secured a third-place finish as Cameroon edged out The Gambia 3-2. Senegal advances from the group stage as the sole team with a flawless 100% record.
