Pochettino belief Chelsea’s Success is a Matter of Time

Mauricio Pochettino, the manager of Chelsea, believes that it is only a matter of time before his tenure at the club becomes successful. Despite a challenging start to the season, Pochettino remains confident in his ability to win titles and turn the team’s fortunes around.

Pochettino took charge of Chelsea last summer and oversaw a significant squad overhaul, bringing in 11 new signings. However, the team’s performance has not been up to expectations, currently sitting in 12th place in the Premier League.

When asked about the frustrations of managing Chelsea, Pochettino expressed his excitement and determination. He mentioned his previous success in winning titles, including the Ligue 1 title with Paris Saint-Germain in 2022. Pochettino acknowledged the challenge of the current situation but emphasized his belief in the team’s potential and his refusal to give up.

The manager confirmed that goalkeeper Robert Sánchez will be sidelined for a few weeks due to a knee injury. However, he mentioned that forward Christopher Nkunku could make his competitive debut after recovering from a preseason knee injury. Additionally, Djordje Petrovic, who joined from the New England Revolution, is expected to step up and contribute to the team’s success.

In terms of transfer plans, it has been reported that Chelsea is willing to let go of several players, including Trevoh Chalobah, Ian Maatsen, and Noni Madueke, to generate funds for potential January signings.

Despite the current challenges, Pochettino remains confident in his abilities and the team’s potential for success. He believes that with time and perseverance, Chelsea will achieve their goals and prove doubters wrong.
