Manchester United are reportedly ready to allow Dean Henderson to extend his loan spell at Sheffield United so he can complete the season.
The United goalkeeper’s initial loan deal was set to run out in June, usually, the first month of the summer break after the Premier League season has ended.
But with the current campaign being suspended due to the coronavirus outbreak, Henderson is set to leave the Blades as things stand.
There had been some speculation that the Red Devils would not allow their young keeper to extend the loan with Chris Wilder’s men competing with them for a European place.
Henderson has been one of the standout keepers in the league this season with many suggesting he should be a regular in the England set-up.
Only Liverpool have conceded fewer goals than Wilder’s men so far in the Premier League, and the 24-year-old has been once of the major reasons for that.
