There hasn’t been much agitations over the future of Kepa Arrizabalaga in recent times,it is are going to assume that he is going to be Chelsea’s first-choice shot-stopper next season.

Defence

With the Blues trying to improve their attacking resources, they also need more reinforcement in their defense. Antonio Rudiger is likely to start in the center-back role, alongside a new Centre back or either one of Kurt Zouma or Fikayo Tomori.

The Blues may have a new player at left-back position , having been linked with the likes of Nicolas Tagliafico and Ben Chiwell according to reports.
Ceaser Azpilicueta will have strong competition from young full-back, Reece James in his role of Chelsea didn’t sign anyone at Right-back.

Midfield
Chelsea have a lot of options in the middle of the park if all Midfielders are fit and available, the most preferred pick are Jorginho, N’Golo Kante, and Mateo Kovacic.
However, there has been talk of reunion for Jorginho with his former boss Maurizio Sarri. If this happens, a top-class midfielder who could be a line up alongside Kante and Kovacic to control the tempo of passing. Mason Mount, Ross Barkley, and Ruben Loftus-Cheek are other options for Frank Lampard.

Attack

Werner will with no doubt walk in straight into the starting XI If he does sign for Chelsea. If Lampard formation can’t accommodate Werner and Tammy Abraham together, there is going to be a stiff competition between the English man and the German.
Willian and Pedro set to leave the club (they will be out of contract by the end of the season), this will open a spot on the right flank for new signing Hakim Ziyech, who will join the Blues from Ajax.
On the left, Christian Pulisic or Callum Hudson-Odoi and Mason Mount are options for Frank Lampard.
