Having lost the first meeting between the two sides, Ten-man Manchester City blew up Two-goals cushion to lose a game at Molineux and hand Liverpool a huge boost in the title race. Pep Guardiola’s side was in for a tough night when Ederson was sent off after 12 minutes for a foul on Diogo Jota, but Raheem Sterling’s brace either side of half-time – including a twice taken after VAR ruled that players had encroached put the visitors in charge. Wolves through Adama Traore pulled a goal back on 55 minutes and Raul Jimenez and Matt Doherty scored in the last eight minutes to give Wolves a famous win and made sure the completed a double on Manchester City for the first time ever in a single season.
Liverpool 3 Manchester City 1 – November 10, 2019
A game in which might have changed how the Present League standings now if Manchester City has won the game. A game which many believed VAR played a major
role in deciding the winner, Liverpool took the advantage and the Reds took a major step towards the Premier League title as their 3-1 win opened up a nine-point gap over the 2018-19 champions

Southampton 0 Leicester 9 – October 25, 2019
A game that saw Southampton suffered the joint-biggest defeat in Premier League history. The saints conceded 9 Goals without put one in the opposite net. The biggest margin of victory on the road previously was eight goals, a joint-record held by three clubs including an 8-1 win by Manchester United over Nottingham Forest in 1999.

Norwich 3 Manchester City 2 – September 14, 2019
One of the games where Manchester City lost their ground in contention for the title. The citizens
suffered their first defeat of the season. Newly-promoted Norwich against Champions City, all expectations were for Manchester City to dispatch their opponents but it didn’t go their way as injury-hit Norwich took full advantage of City’s shambolic defending to beat the defending champions at Carrow Road. Goals from Kenny McLean and Todd Cantwell put the newly-promoted side ahead before Sergio Aguero pulled a goal back on the stroke of half-time. The Canaries put the game beyond City’s reach as Teemu Pukki added a third. A late strike from Rodri was little consolation for the visitors. The Canaries ran out 3-2 winners.
