Veteran Nigerian pop artiste, D’banj, is set to release his first album in four years on Nigerian Independence Day, October 1st, with the calming title—Stress Free. He made the announcement across all his social media platforms with the caption: “01/10 [eyes emoji]“.
D’banj last single, “Banga”, dropped alongside its video in June, since then, the Koko master or Banga Lee as he is fondly called has been concerned with the promotion of the single and delving into other business ventures; D’banj’s last album, “King Don Come” was released in 2017 containing the cross-over hit—”Oliver Twist”.
For now, we only know the release date of Stress Free and the additional information made available on D’banj’s Instagram page, which is, we will be getting the visuals to one of the tracks from the album (probably the title track) and it is directed and shot by Clarence Peters.
“So excited – I can’t wait for you all to my latest body of work” D’banj wrote while announcing his latest album. His fans have been left with water drooling out of their mouths, anxiously waiting to listen to Stress Free.
