With his third project, Cruel Santino still leans on the alternative genre of music, making soft slow-paced but not slow enough as not to move your body or nod your head to type-song plus he continues to explores different soundscapes fitting of his psychedelic artistry and discography.
Subaru Boys: FINAL HEAVEN according to Cruel Santino is influenced by his love for anime, gaming and exploring new soundscapes as it flexes all of his creative abilities all over the 59-minute long album, recruiting some industry top dogs to provide range and diversity to the various topics touched. They are Koffe (“DEADMAN BROKE”), Skepta (“DIRTY EYES EVIL MANNERS”), Amaarae (“BORN AGAIN”), Gus Dapperton (“BEAUTIFUL NOTHING” & “WICKED CITY”) amongst others.
Tochi Bedford, Odunsi (The Engine), Tyler Turner, Le Mav are some of the accredited producers on Subaru Boys: FINAL HEAVEN with GMK mixing and mastering all the tracks. “I want everyone to enjoy the journey through all the arcs so please on ur 1st listen don’t skip any tracks, just let it play and escape” is Cruel Santino’s only request from his cult-like fanbase as regarding his new album.
