The court dates upon which Manchester City’s court hearing dates in their appeal against ban from European competition have been announced.
City was slammed a hefty ban from participating in European Competitions by Uefa in February over financial fair play rules the Citizens violated.
The Citizens quickly launched an appeal against UEFA’s decision to the CAS (Court of Arbitration for Sport) on the back of their sanction being announced.
The hearing process, though, was inevitably delayed by the coronavirus situation.
As a result, fears that a final decision on City’s case would not be reached before August had since been widespread.
As confirmed by a number of reliable sources, Manchester City’s appeal set to be heard by the CAS in just 3 weeks’ time. Pep Guardiola’s team have been informed that their case against UEFA’s sanction will be heard between the 8th and 10th of June.
