Champions Liverpool will be on the road to London to play Lampard’s Chelsea which is definitely the major highlight of PL 2020/2021 match week 2.
The Reds will hope of continuing their winning run after they left it late to beat Leeds United 4-3 at Anfield last weekend. On the other hand, the Blues will be keen to put one past the PL champions after defeating Brighton 3-1 in their away game on Monday.

Chelsea who had a busy transfer window will be handing some of their summer acquisition their home debut. Ben Chillwell and Thiago Silva are still a doubt for PL the game against Liverpool at the Stamford Bridge while Kovacic will return after suspension. Timo Werner should be able to feature.

Thiago Alcântara, who should have completed his signing before the end of this week – will not be registered in time to play any part at Chelsea.
Liverpool are without Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain who suffered a knee injury during pre-season. The attacking midfielder should be available for selection before the end of the month.
Kostas Tsimikas and Xherdan Shaqiri are both pushing for full fitness and will hope to be part of the matchday squad on Sunday.
