Nigerian music star, Bella Shmurda, shares the news of welcoming his first child to life. The singer wrote an emotional note in revealing his new first-time dad status. The happy news was shared across Bella’s media pages.
Attached to the post is a photo of the newborn son but initially the caption seemed to be taking a negative U-Turn. The Afropop artiste wrote of previously suffering the loss of a child a few days before the release of his debut album, Hypertension. “I was an emotional and mental wreck.” Bella Shmurda revealed. Going further, he said his life was threatened and he felt unsafe in the UK where he had traveled to promote the album. “I was hurt, angry, and confused. It was the darkest place I’d ever been in my life,” Bella penned.
Happily, all that gloom, anxiety, and depression are things of the past. “. . . light found its way through to me in that tunnel.” Shmurda switches the tone to a cheerful one.
Coincidentally, Bella’s child arrived just a “few days to the drop of my project this year.” With joy and abundant gratitude, Bella writes: “This time, I got news that my little boy is here. I’m happy and blessed.”
